  It has always been a pleasure booking a home with surf or sound. We've gotten some excellent homes with great amenities. The keyless entry is great! The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating if there are any issues.

  This home had everything we wanted for two weeks at the beach. It was an easy walk (we are 83 yrs. old) to the beach, was very well equipped and the perfect size for the two of our children and their families to visit. We like Frisco as it is out of the frenzy of the upper Outer Banks. From the enclosed outdoor shower to the many bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and very nice common area it turned out to be much nicer than we envisioned. We literally had no problems with anything in the house. When we arrived it was ready to be occupied. We would love to rent it again. Surf or Sound Realty did a good job in keeping us informed about the property including the problems related to an off shore hurricane. The fact that the weather enabled us to spend every day on the beach certainly surprised us and made this vacation one to remember.
